Author's Books
Dimitris Tzefalis was born in 1974 and lives in Drama, Greece. He works as a Physical Education teacher and holds postgraduate qualifications in Human Performance and Health. He is a running coach and the founder of the One Step Beyond (O.S.B.) Endurance Team.
He is the author of the books Bringing Long Distances Closer and Keep your mind running, both published by Sportbook Publications. He is also a regular contributor to athletics-magazine.gr and other sports websites.
He has been participating in the Athens Marathon since 2002 and considers it his favorite marathon in the world.
