Product Prices

Return Policy
As our customer, you have the right to return products and cancel our contract without providing any reasons. You may return the products even if you have simply changed your mind.
To exercise this right, you must return the products within 14 calendar days from their receipt, in their original condition and unopened packaging, accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.
In this case, you will not be charged any costs except for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error—because the product is defective or different from the one ordered (wrong code)—you will receive a full refund, and our company will bear the return shipping cost.
You must notify us immediately (within 14 calendar days). The refund will be processed within 21 days after the returned products are received by our company.
